Brenda K. Tworoger, President, founded the firm in 1988
and achieved the designation of Certified Property Manager
from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1979. "For
more then thirty years, I have worked with various property
owners and associations to enhance the value of their
properties through professional management. I maintain an
excellent reputation and rapport with clients, vendors,
brokers, and associates in the industry."
Spectrum is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and
its management staff continues to take advantage of additional
professional real estate industry training, informational
seminars, is provided with opportunities for continuing
education courses and is encouraged to pursue professional
designations through various industry organizations.
Colleen Nemeth, Director of Real Estate, joined the company
in 2001 and achieved the designation of Senior Certified
Shopping Center Manager from the International Council of
Shopping Centers in 1993. "My primary goal is to ensure that
our staff is properly trained as well as equipped to realize
all our clients' goals. As a full-service company with a
comprehensive package of automated services, Spectrum's
managers and I are dedicated to the attitude of personal care

completed to everyone's satisfaction."
Working together Brenda and Colleen have assembled a
talented, highly skilled staff that makes the difference. This
dynamic team, with over 110 years of collective experience,
possesses the background and "hands on" capabilities to
undertake and direct all aspects of property supervision. Our
office is located in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, which
affords the staff ease of access throughout Southern
California and the opportunity to make frequent property
visits, ensuring that property maintenance is being completed,
visiting with tenants, and alerting the client to potential
problems.
