Wendy Zoffel has over twenty-one years in the Real Estate industry to include residential, multi-family, and appraisal. She began her career in San Diego with residential real estate sales, lending, and appraisal. She then moved to commercial real estate as property manager of a 282 unit project in North Carolina for two years, then relocated back to San Diego County as resident property manager of a 280 unit project in Oceanside.

Ms. Zoffel is currently manages a portfolio of commercial, industrial, office, retail properties and planned industrial associations.  She attended Miramar and Palomar Colleges in San Diego, and Fayetteville Community College in North Carolina, majoring in Real Estate. She is currently pursuing a designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
