Brenda Tworoger is the Chairman of the Board of Spectrum Property Management, an "Accredited Management Organization" (AMO), that specializes in full service third-party management of office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, R&D, and PID properties throughout Southern California with an emphasis in San Diego County.  Aspen Properties projects are exclusively and professionally managed by Spectrum.

Mrs. Tworoger founded the firm in 1988, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Her company is dedicated to providing personal attention to each property.  She works closely with the Aspen staff during development and construction in order to help achieve their goals for the projects.
