Anthony Gonzales has over four years of experience managing residential home owner associations.  His career started in residential HOA management as an assistant.  Then as an on-site assistant manager in a luxury condominium high rise in San Diego’s, Marina District; ultimately becoming an on-site associate manager in the only residential condominium high rise in Petco Park.

He currently oversees a portfolio of just under, 2,000,000 square feet of commercial association projects. He brings an extensive amount of experience in the professional management consisting of preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial reporting, property inspections, solicitation and review of bid proposals, supervision of administrative and maintenance personnel, and administration of CC & R’s and Bylaws, working closely with the Board Members to achieve the project goals.
