Courtney Pease has experience working with a private investor who owned commercial and residential properties.  Her property management background was dealing with commercial medical/dental office projects.  Responsibilities included management of the day-to-day operations along with leasing and marketing.  She also was responsible for the marketing and sales for single family residential properties to include loan brokerage.
