Olivia Wertz has over seven years of Property Management experience in residential, commercial properties, historical buildings, retail and industrial development. She previously held the position of Property Manager for McMillin Companies in San Diego which included the historical military base project “Liberty Station” in Point Loma.

Her prior experience was as an Environmental Consultant with Greenfield Environmental for 12 years. She specialized in hazardous waste disposal and worked closely with state and federal agencies.

Ms. Wertz joined Spectrum Property Management in 2008 and currently oversees a portfolio of retail, industrial and office commercial properties. She attended Southwestern College and National University majoring in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. Ms. Wertz holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license and is pursuing the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
