Jennifer Jones has over 15 years in the accounting and property management fields. She was raised in San Diego County and moved to Arizona where she worked for over ten years with two major fast food franchisees, dealing with all aspects of financial reporting, human resources and property management. She then moved back to San Diego and took a position with a local high profile money management firm.
She joined Spectrum in 2001 and is a strong part of our accounting staff. Her responsibilities include; coordination of accounts receivable/accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, monthly financial reporting and yearly tax coordination. She works directly with both property managers and project owners to ensure financial accuracy and maximum budget control.
