Colleen Labertew, Janet C. Epstein, Jacqueline DeArman and Wendy Zoffel have joined Spectrum Property Management.
Labertew is director of real estate. In her new position she is responsible for providing supervisory guidance to the firm's staff, working on special projects and business development. Labertew formerly was vice president/director of real estate with Mabee Properties and a retail portfolio manager for Burnham Real Estate Services.
Epstein has been named portfolio manager for the firm's Temecula office. Recently she was a senior property manager for Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group in Los Angeles.
DeArman is a property manager and will be responsible for assisting in the management of more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial property. Previously, she was the resident manager of Coral Point in the University Towne Centre area for Rreef Funds.
Zoffel is a property manager. Previously, she was a resident property manager of Vista Way Village in Oceanside.
