Pacific Building Group has completed construction of 4,400 square feet of office space for Health e Commex and the buildout of four office suites in the Palomar Crest Corporate Center at 2701 Loker Avenue West in Carlsbad. The combined projects are valued at more than $450,000 and included the buildout of suites 250 (4,228 square feet), 260 (2,156 square feet), 270 (1,901 square feet) and 280 (2,393 square feet).
Mike Slaven was project manager for Pacific Building.
Other project team members included Karen Tom of Cooper Roberts Bennett, Brian Cox Mechanical, Persky Plumbing, Spectrum Property Management and GA Electric. The two-story, 82,000-square-foot building is owned by Palomar Crest LLC with managing members William Shirley, Mark McLaren and John Tworoger. |
